Smartflats - Pacific Hotel Brussels was an ideal base for our weekend in Brussels. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Grande Place and close to plenty of cafes and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping when my husband misplaced his phone in a taxi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spacious shower stocked with Occitane cosmetics was a nice touch. The air-conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the summer heat. The hotel’s lobby bar exuded a charm that reflected the city's history, with its rustic wood and stained glass windows. Access to the Smartflats Lounge allowed us to relax in a cozy atmosphere after a day of exploring. The daily buffet breakfast at Cafe Pacific was a delightful start to our mornings, and the small selection of snacks and sweet treats was a pleasant surprise. Smartflats - Pacific Hotel Brussels provided a comfortable and convenient stay, making it a great choice for those looking to immerse themselves in the heart of Brussels.
